Obesity Research and Care Group

The Obesity Research and Care Group (ORCG) was established in 2017 as part of a 5-year RCSI StAR Fellowship granted to Dr Grace O’Malley. The ORCG is located within the School of Physiotherapy at RCSI University of Medicine and Health Sciences in Dublin, Ireland. The ORCG has strong clinical research links with Children’s Health Ireland (Irelands’ largest paediatric teaching hospital).

Our work is focused on identifying, conducting and translating research into healthcare practices and processes in order to support the management of obesity in children and adolescents.
